Prerequisites:
- The students should have already studied the basic components of the English syntax. They should be able to recognize adjectives, adverbs, linkers, etc in a text. They should also be able to read and understand complex texts, identifying personal opinions and nuances.
Lecture organisation:
- 1 x 45 mins. lecture + class
Teaching strategies and tools:
- The students may need a handout with a copy of the exercises in order to take notes and work individually.
- Use of visual materials and PowerPoint.
